Vyssaria currently accepts payments exclusively through PayPal. Customers may complete their purchase using a PayPal account balance, linked debit cards, linked credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, or connected bank accounts, depending on their PayPal account settings. All payments are processed directly through PayPal’s secure payment gateway, and no alternative payment methods are accepted at checkout.
Currency for Transactions
All purchases made on the Vyssaria website are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). If you are using an international PayPal account or a payment method denominated in another currency, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion rates or additional fees, which are determined solely by PayPal.
Secure Payment
All transactions on our website are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that your payment information is transmitted securely. Vyssaria does not store, process, or have access to your full payment details at any time. Sensitive financial information is handled exclusively by PayPal in accordance with its security and privacy standards.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your payment is immediately authorized through PayPal. Order processing begins only after PayPal successfully confirms the transaction. Vyssaria reserves the right to cancel or delay an order if a transaction is flagged by PayPal as incomplete, unverified, or high-risk.
Refunds and Billing Adjustments
If a refund is approved in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, the refunded amount will be issued directly to the original PayPal account used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 business days, depending on PayPal’s processing timelines. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different payment method or account.
