Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship our lighting products to all locations within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Malaysia. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT+8), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Tracking updates may take 1 to 3 business days to appear, depending on the courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal. You may pay using your PayPal balance, linked debit or credit cards, or connected bank accounts, depending on your PayPal account settings.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices and transactions on our website are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). If you are using an international PayPal account, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion rates or fees.
Can I return an item if there is a problem?
Yes, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items. You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photo or video evidence of the issue.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.
