Refunds and Billing Adjustments
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After a returned item is received, the return is inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
If the return is approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping Overview
Vyssaria ships within the United States and provides free standard shipping.
Orders have a 2–5 business day handling time, followed by an estimated 7–12 business day transit time.
The overall estimated delivery timeframe is 9–17 business days.
The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-8), and business days are Monday–Friday.

Returns and Cancellations
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from delivery.
Returns must first be requested through info@vyssaria.com. If approved, Vyssaria will provide the applicable return instructions.
Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and there is no restocking fee.
Exchanges are available for eligible products.
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Please do not send products to the Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of approved return instructions.
